Code For Sustainable Homes Ecology Report

A detailed report, by a suitably qualified canopy ecologist, structured to comply with the requirements of a Code for Sustainable Homes assessment and including elements of other services such as Phase 1 Ecology Survey and Habitat Management Plan. Necessarily includes an assessment of the number of species on site pre-development; protection of existing species and opportunities for enhancing biodiversity as part of the development. Report is presented in the standard format required by the Code for Sustainable Homes, including a completed report pro-forma and appropriate appendices such as survey schedules, photographs and full colour AutoCAD drawings.
