Environmental Design Statement

A comprehensive narrative with cross references to all other relevant survey, planning and design work, a canopy Environmental Design Statement can be used as a stand-alone document or incorporated in a Design and Access Statement. It will highlight all proposals for arboricultural, landscape and ecological protection, mitigation and enhancement included with a planning application and clearly demonstrate a high quality, integrated approach for the benefit of the planning officer, committee members and the general public.
