Risk Assessment Tree Inventory

All landowners have a duty of care to maintain trees in their ownership in a reasonably safe and stable condition and will need to do so for insurance and liability purposes. Our Risk Assessment Tree Inventory presents a full colour AutoCAD drawing identifying all significant trees in a defined area and uses industry-standard methodologies to assess the risk presented by each tree.

Basic data such as species; age; physiological and structural condition of each tree is presented alongside a specification for any necessary remedial works; an assessment of safe useful life expectancy and a re-inspection date. Categories of risk and re-inspection dates are illustrated for each tree on the inventory drawing, for ease of reference.
