Environmental Site Appraisal

This Environmental Site Appraisal comprises an on-site assessment that will ordinarily feed into an Environmental Masterplan, leading to recommendations for successful site planning. A canopy Preliminary Site Appraisal may include some or all of the following, depending on the size and sensitivity of the site.

• Comment on general quality of tree cover
• Identification of high value trees likely for inclusion in a TPO
• Phase 1 Ecology Survey
• Comment on likelihood of presence of common protected species of flora and fauna
• Identification of broad protection zones for known landscape or ecological features, such as TPO trees, Ancient Woodland or protected species
• Comment on potential for ecological and landscape mitigation and enhancement
• Comment on opportunities for biodiversity and landscape gain

Our Environmental Site Appraisal is presented as written report with photographs, survey schedules and figures, alongside full colour AutoCAD drawings illustrating key features.
